SAVIOR Help Desk is a self-service mobile app, to be used by organizations which are customers of STJ Electronics Private Limited and are using the SAVIOR Attendance Management Solution, developed by STJ Electronics Private Limited. By using this app, the SAVIOR customers, at present, can perform SAVIOR Support related activities on the go. To log a new support ticket, the user has to select a product and a relevant issue type, and upload an image. The user can also view the status of an existing support ticket and see the exact pendency stage of the SAVIORs support process.
